This neighborhood’s homeowners association maintained strict requirements regarding the use of cedar shakes for the roofs, which have since been relaxed. Presently, we have installed several replacement Certainteed Landmark TL roofs, with this house being our fourth for the neighborhood. The existing cedar shakes were removed, the material was delivered and loaded, and the new Certainteed Landmark TL roof was installed…all in one day.
